Coaching is based on the assumption that all individuals have the capacity to work on their problems and discover the right solutions for themselves. All they need is some assistance to discover their potential to do so. This is where an experienced coach can utilize his expertise to find and implement the right solutions.

Young managers, promoted based on their previous results, often still need to prepare for the new challenges ahead. I help them identify the areas they need to work on, map the way to the desired results and take the steps that will lead to them. The coaching process focuses on the aspects the participant identifies and which, if successfully handled, will have a positive impact on their performance.
