Building the Team

Based on research done by Belbin, this program helps participants to understand that their (and others’) role in a team is influenced by their skills and by their personality profiles.

We will discuss the reasons why teams do not always perform well and possible measures to change an unfavorable team structure. Using a test, the participants will be given a better understanding of their role in a team and how they can contribute to its success.
