Coaching

The course is designed for managers who need to achieve their objectives through support from their subordinates. They have to be able to delegate responsibility. But delegation requires preparing one’s subordinates, and this is why the ability to coach them is critical for the success of any manager.

The program starts illustrating why some managers have misgivings about coaching, highlights the process of effective coaching and provides a list of tips for success. The topics include:
