Transactional Analysis
Transactional Analysis is a method developed in the 1960s in the USA to help better understand behavior – our own and that of others. It is the basis for a win-win attitude that we should look for in day-to-day relationships if we want a more rewarding life.
Participants will become familiar with the basic concepts of transactional analysis and will be able to analyze transactions. Topics include:
- Defining Child, Parent and Adult attitudes
- Life attitudes
- Time Structuring
